President’s Message
After more than 20 years of business, it is with great satisfaction that I look back at the ability of Broadbent & Associates, Inc. (BAI) to maintain an enjoyable workplace that has experienced extremely low staff turnover. I believe one reason for this success has been that our employees are proud of the work they do to meet the company’s goals we have had since inception. Those goals are to provide cost-effective consulting services which meet the objectives of our clients’ projects. These project objectives take various forms, but can range from obtaining site closure on an active environmental remediation project to completion of permitting to allow for construction on a civil engineering/land development project.
BAI has seen steady, measured growth since the days of Bob Broadbent (BAI’s founder) and I working out of a shared office in Boulder City, Nevada. We now maintain five fully staffed offices in four states.
Our plans for the future include: • Striving to provide even better, more cost-effective service to our clients • Continuing to provide the kind of work environment that keeps employees happy and growing in their professions • Continued, measured expansion in the western region of the United States
