Scott McNulty, certified environmental manager

Mr. McNulty has approximately 21 years of experience conducting environmental, geological, air quality consulting services throughout the western United States. Mr. McNulty has been with Broadbent since 1995 where he currently serves as a Board Member, Air Quality and Stack Testing Division Manager, and Principal Geologist. He has extensive experience in all aspects of soil and groundwater characterization and remediation for subsurface petroleum hydrocarbon releases for a wide spectrum of clientele. Additionally, Mr. McNulty has extensive experience providing air quality planning, permitting, and emission testing consulting services to a large industrial client base including power plants, mining operations, chemical production plants, manufacturing facilities, hotel/casino complexes, aggregate mineral processing facilities, tank farms, petroleum retailers, and concrete manufacturing plants. He was driving force behind development of this very successful Division within Broadbent.

Mr. McNulty has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University, and has completed course work towards a Master’s Degree in Water Resource Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His professional registrations include Professional Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist in California; Registered Geologist in Arizona; and Certified Environmental Manager in Nevada.
